Andrew Western joins Osborn Maledon, P.A.

Andrew Western, an attorney whose practice focuses on business transactions and counseling clients in general corporate and commercial matters, recently joined the Phoenix law firm of Osborn Maledon, P.A. as an associate. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, debt and private equity financing, and other corporate and securities law matters.

Western, a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law, most recently was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, an international law firm, where his practice focused on advising Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms. In addition to his practice, he worked with several community organizations to provide pro bono legal services for those without means.

A Phoenix native, Western graduated summa cum laude with degrees in both economics and political science from Santa Clara University.
