Osborn Maledon, P.A. announces new partner

The Phoenix law firm of Osborn Maledon, P.A. has announced that Lynne Adams, an established litigator who focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, school law, Arizona’s Open Meeting Law, and construction law, is joining the firm, effective Aug. 6.

Formerly a partner at Lewis and Roca, Adams previously served as chief counsel of the Education and Health Section of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. In that capacity, she oversaw all aspects of the Education and Health Units of the office, including litigation, appeals, licensing, and enforcement matters.

Adams was a partner with Brown and Bain, P.A. from 1989-1999, focusing on professional liability and securities litigation areas. 

She served for six years as a member of the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools, including one year as president of the board, and is active in community arts organizations.
