Osborn Maledon, P.A. Seeking Corporate Transactional Associate

Osborn Maledon, P.A., is currently seeking a corporate transactional associate with 1-4 years of private practice experience.  This position includes mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, entity formation and restructuring, securities offerings and SEC matters, and outside general counsel services, including contracts, business intellectual property and other day-to-day matters.

Ideal candidates will have experience in preparing transactional documents, operating agreements, corporate documentation, conducting due diligence, and legal research.  Top academic performance from a nationally-ranked law school, strong writing and analytical skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment are required.  Prior business or financial experience can be a plus.
