Danielle D. Janitch

Danielle Janitch focuses her practice on intellectual property, administrative and regulatory counseling, and general counsel services. Before joining Osborn Maledon, Danielle was a judicial clerk for Judge Roslyn O. Silver of the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.

Clients Danielle has served include: Cox Communications, The Boeing Company, Pink Jeep Tours, Microchip Technology Inc., Time Warner Telecom and the City of Surprise.

Before attending Stanford Law School, Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and served as an officer in the United States Army.

Beginning in her MIT years, Danielle has given back to the community by organizing and participating in Chemistry Magic Shows conducted at local science centers, schools, and community centers.

Danielle also frequently volunteers through a Children's Legal Services sponsorship program to talk with teens about their legal rights, presenting to Florence Crittendon, Boys and Girls Clubs, and the Phoenix Public Libraries and other community organizations.

Danielle is active in the Phoenix MIT Alumni Association. Danielle is a member of the Arizona Women Lawyer's Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the America Judicature Society. She also serves on the Board of Improving Chandler Area Neighborhoods ("ICAN"), a non-profit organization that provides free services to youth in the Chandler Redevelopment Area.
