Mr. Osborn concentrates his practice primarily in the area of commercial, corporate and real estate law, including transactions, leasing, land use, zoning, mortgage lending, foreclosures, and construction law. Clients include developers, lenders, investors, syndicators, users, and commercial lessors and lessees in all aspects of acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management and sale. Mr. Osborn is also the Firm's President.
