Shannon practices chiefly in the areas of business transactions and corporate governance matters, including representation of public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financing, securities offerings and other significant business transactions. Her practice also includes handling general contract issues and the fiduciary obligations of corporate officials, as well as assisting in the establishment of strategic relationships, joint ventures, executive employment and compensation arrangements and other matters.
