Elizabeth's practice centers on representing entrepreneurial clients, both public and private, in a variety of business contexts, including venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and employment matters such as executive compensation. Her practice also includes handling general contract issues, entity formation and transaction structuring as well as assisting in the establishment of strategic relationships, joint ventures, technology licensing and distribution relationships. In addition, Elizabeth has experience in an array of real estate transactions including lending arrangements, leasing and land use.

Elizabeth earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia with a major in both Economics and History, focusing on the Italian Renaissance. She received her Juris Doctorate, with distinction, from Stanford Law School. After law school she served as a judicial law clerk for then Chief Judge Mary M. Schroeder of the Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals and for Justice Andrew D. Hurwitz of the Arizona Supreme Court.
