Keith Swisher focuses his practice on criminal defense, legal ethics/professional liability, and appeals. Keith recently returned to the firm after earning his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, with emphases in criminal law and legal ethics, from Harvard Law School. Before joining Osborn Maledon, Keith was a judicial clerk for the Honorable William C. Canby, Jr., United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Keith graduated Order of the Coif and first in his class from Arizona State University College of Law. Upon graduation, Keith received the John S. Armstrong Law Prize, an award selected by the faculty and presented to the class valedictorian. During law school, Keith served as an Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and was published. He also worked with the United States Attorney's Office, Criminal Division, Arizona Justice Project, and the Office of the Federal Public Defender, Capital Habeas Unit.
Keith balances a busy law practice with spending time with his family, especially his newborn son, and friends. He also plays guitar and drums.
