Tim's practice has focused on government relations and complex litigation in state and federal courts. Tim served as General Counsel to Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano from 2003-2008. Before that he served as Special Counsel to the Arizona Attorney General's office, where he ran the antitrust and tobacco units, and prosecuted complex fraud cases. Tim was formerly a partner in the law firm of Brown & Bain P.A. where he litigated antitrust and business tort cases, primarily for Fortune 500 companies.
