Andrea practices in the areas of appeals, education law, employment law, and constitutional law, with a special interest in First Amendment issues. Raised in Arizona, Andrea is an alumna of NAU and ASU. Before attending law school, she taught literature, rhetoric, and composition in Gilbert, Arizona for nine years and was awarded the Stanford University Teacher Tribute for Exceptional Teaching. Andrea attended The University of Michigan Law School, where she was a contributing editor of the Michigan Law Review and president of the Michigan Law Classical Music Society. After graduating, cum laude, Andrea clerked for the Honorable Justice Rebecca White Berch of the Arizona Supreme Court and the Honorable G. Murray Snow of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
Andrea is a member of the Sonoran Desert Chorale and a lifelong lover of music, theater, opera, and art. When she is not working or singing, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading fiction and poetry, and teaching herself how to paint with acrylics and play the guitar.
