Jones Osborn II
Mr. Osborn concentrates his practice primarily in the area of commercial, corporate and real estate law, including transactions, leasing, land use, zoning, mortgage lending, foreclosures, and construction law. Clients include developers, lenders, investors, syndicators, users, and commercial lessors and lessees in all aspects of acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management and sale. Mr. Osborn was the Firm’s President for many years, and is now a member of the Board of Directors and several Firm committees.
