Mark P. Hummels
Mark Hummels has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation as a "future star" within Osborn Maledon's "highly recommended" litigation practice. Mark also continues to advise and represent judges, attorneys and other licensed professionals in ethics matters and disciplinary proceedings. He represents clients in both state and federal courts and in administrative hearings at the state and federal level.
Mark's litigation practice focuses primarily on business disputes, real estate litigation and legal malpractice defense. His advocacy skills have enabled Mark to obtain successful results for clients in a wide array of disputes through litigation and private arbitration.
Before embarking on his legal career, Mark worked as a politics and government reporter for the daily Santa Fe New Mexican newspaper. He earned the highest score on the July 2004 Arizona bar exam.
