October 1, 2010

William Maledon, a founder of the Phoenix law firm of Osborn Maledon, P.A., and leader of its complex commercial litigation practice, was elected recently to membership in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Membership is extended by invitation only to experienced trial lawyers whose “professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.”

Maledon is a nationally recognized litigator. Last year, he was appointed by the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court to a second three-year term on the Federal Judicial Conference Standing Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure. He was named Phoenix “Bet-the-Company” Litigator of the Year by The Best Lawyers in America (2010). Chambers USA, an international legal rating organization, recently named him one of 64 trial attorneys designated “Nationwide Leaders.”
