  • representing numerous software developers in licensing their products;

  • representing companies in a variety of fields in technology rights litigation, including patents, copyrights, trade secrets and trademark infringement, as well as licensing disputes;

  • representing a national venture capital company in the health care industry in a $225 million suit over the rights to biotechnology patents and trade secrets;

  • defending a leading manufacturer of household cleaning products in a dispute over competitive television advertisements;

  • representing acquirers of technology companies and/or product lines
