Our work in the software industry began in the early 1980's, with representation of two value-added resellers who had developed proprietary software applications to be used on the mini-computers they were selling in vertical markets. Since then, we have represented a number of software companies in a variety of industries and stages of development, providing outside general counsel services, as well as licensing, distribution, litigation and other services.
