Osborn Maledon attorney co-chair of Supreme Court Task Force

February 2, 2015

David Rosenbaum, an attorney in the Phoenix law firm of Osborn Maledon, P.A., has been selected to serve as co-chair of the Arizona Supreme Court’s Task Force on the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure.

The Supreme Court has asked the task force to review the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure and recommend changes that would restyle, simplify and clarify the rules, and avoid unintended variation from language in counterpart federal rules.

Rosenbaum is a member of the firm’s litigation group. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. He recently chaired the Arizona Supreme Court’s Business Court Advisory Committee, chaired the Arizona Supreme Court Task Force for Development of Arizona Law Course, and served on the Supreme Court’s Committee on Civil Rules of Procedure for Limited Jurisdiction Courts. He is a former national President of the Foundation of the Federal Bar Association and served as a lawyer representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference. He has been named by Best Lawyers as both Phoenix’s Bet-the-Company Litigation Lawyer of the Year and its Litigation-Securities Lawyer of the Year.
