Osborn Maledon attorneys honored by Benchmark Litigation

Eric M. Fraser and Joe Roth, two attorneys from the Phoenix law firm, Osborn Maledon, P.A., recently were named to a national list that commemorates the most notable up-and-coming litigation attorneys in the U.S., the “40 & Under Hot List.”

This is the second year that Benchmark has recognized young partners in law firms throughout the country, based on research that includes a review of their casework, and peer and client feedback.

Earlier this year, Benchmark named Osborn Maledon the Arizona Litigation Firm of the Year for 2018, the fourth year in a row the firm has won the recognition.

Fraser and Roth both are litigators whose practices focus on appeals. Roth’s practice also includes governmental investigations and complex commercial litigation.

“This recognition is particularly appreciated because it reflects the opinions of our clients and colleagues,” said Mary O’Grady, who leads the firm’s litigation practice.
