Osborn Maledon attorneys recognized by 2020 Super Lawyers

Osborn Maledon is proud to announce that 14 attorneys at the firm were recognized as Southwest Super Lawyers.  In addition, 3 attorneys were recognized as Southwest Rising Stars.

The attorneys named 2020 Super Lawyers are: Lynne Adams (schools & education); Colin Campbell (business litigation); Tom Curzon (business/corporate); Brett Dunkelman (intellectual property litigation); Tim Eckstein (criminal defense); Eric M. Fraser (appellate); Mark Harrison (professional liability; plaintiff); Thomas Hudson (appellate); Bill Maledon (antitrust litigation); Mary O’Grady (appellate); Scott Rodgers (employment & labor); David Rosenbaum (business litigation); Joseph Roth (business litigation); and Geoff Sturr (general litigation).

The three recognized as Rising Stars are Josh Bendor, William Furnish and Grace Rebling.

Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, rates lawyers based on peer recognition and professional achievement. No more than five percent of lawyers in the Southwest region are selected by Super Lawyers. The Rising Star distinction is awarded to less than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state who are under 40 or have been in practice 10 years or less.

Each year, the research team undertakes a multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area and a good-standing and disciplinary check.
