The Phoenix law firm of Osborn Maledon, P.A. has announced four new partners–Sharad Desai, Mary O’Grady, Erick Ottoson and Kristin Windtberg.

Desai represents plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, including appeals. O’Grady’s practice focuses on appeals, civil litigation, and administrative law; she has long-time experience with public law issues. Ottoson is an intellectual property attorney, primarily working on patent litigation. Windtberg focuses her practice on employment litigation, employment counseling, and commercial litigation.

Desai, who previously clerked for then-Vice Chief Rebecca White Berch of the Arizona Supreme Court, devotes significant time to pro bono work in defense of the constitutional rights of the accused. O’Grady previously was Solicitor General for the State of Arizona and has represented state and public officials, most recently working with the State Redistricting Commission. Ottoson spent the first five years of his career in the Army JAG Corps, serving in various roles as a military attorney. Windtberg also clerked for the Arizona Supreme Court, for Justice W. Scott Bales.
