Representing telecommunications clients includes regulatory, licensing, legislative and strategic business planning and counsel. Advising technology clients includes representation as outside general counsel in building world-wide relationships, technology licensing and distribution arrangements, and executive employment and compensation arrangements. Government affairs includes drafting and advising clients on state legislation.
