The Supreme Court adopted new rules for petitions for review and motions for reconsideration that replaced the page limitation with a word count.

The Supreme Court adopted new rules for petitions for review and motions for reconsideration that replaced the page limitation with a word count.  In the civil rule, the amendment inadvertently left in a reference to the old “12-page” page limit.  The Supreme Court has issued a corrective order correcting this oversight.  So, as we thought previously, petitions for review and responses should not exceed 3500 words.
