AzAPP would like to take this opportunity to share three items of interest for practitioners.

  1. ARCAP 5 no longer adds five days when computing time for electronically served documents.
  2. The phone numbers at Division One have changed. The new number for the clerk’s office is 602-452-6700.
  3. Division One has posted several videos showing how to e-file better briefs. The videos cover how to create text-searchable briefs with bookmarks and hyperlinks for e-filing, and how to create a combined brief and appendix for e-filing. The videos are available here.
