The Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One, announces the election of new court leadership effective July 1, 2019.
The judges of Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals have elected Judge Peter B. Swann to serve as Chief Judge and Judge Kent E. Cattani to serve as Vice Chief Judge beginning July 1, 2019. We thank outgoing Chief Judge Samuel Thumma for his service to the Court.
