Governor Ducey appointed Judge Cynthia Bailey to the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.

Governor Doug Ducey appointed Judge Cynthia Bailey to Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Diane M. Johnsen.  Judge Bailey most recently served as a Judge on the Maricopa County Superior Court.
