Arizona Supreme Court to Livestream Remote Oral Arguments (4/9/2020)

The Arizona Supreme Court announced that it will livestream oral arguments being conducted remotely on April 14 and April 16, 2020.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Arizona Supreme Court announced that it will hear oral arguments remotely in six cases on April 14 and April 16, 2020.  Although the Justices will be sitting in the courtroom, the attorneys arguing the cases will appear remotely via WebEx.  And while the public will not be permitted to attend the arguments in person, the Court will Livestream the oral arguments.  The video streams will be accessible via the Court’s live and archived arguments webpage.
