In light of COVID-19, several appellate courts have transitioned to holding oral arguments via teleconference or videoconference.   Learn from skilled advocates what to expect, common mistakes to avoid, and how to best move your argument to a video platform.  Panelists will discuss their experience in arguing remotely before the Arizona Court of Appeals Divisions One and Two, the Arizona Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  This program will be held remotely via video.  Instructions on how to join the program will be sent via email to registered participants.
