Phil is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. Before joining Osborn Maledon, Phil was a law clerk for the Honorable Andrew D. Hurwitz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable David G. Campbell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Phil graduated first in his class from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at the Arizona State University in 2015, and the law school faculty selected him to receive the John S. Armstrong Award for the outstanding graduate in his class. Before law school, Phil worked as a paralegal and spent a year as a volunteer English teacher in Hunan Province, China.
In his free time, Phil enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with his family and friends.
