Thomas L. Hudson
Thom has extensive experience handling complex civil appeals in state and federal court, and heads the firm's appellate practice group. He works regularly with trial attorneys and in-house counsel on appellate-related issues and issues at the trial level in significant cases where an appeal is likely. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, a past chair of the State Bar Appellate Practice Section, co-authors the monthly column "Appellate Highlights" for the Arizona Attorney, and is listed as one of The Best Lawyers in America® in Appellate Law.
