Overview

Allie represents clients in complex commercial litigation and appeals, with experience handling matters involving constitutional law, securities litigation, property rights, and business disputes. She practices in both trial and appellate courts, where she develops strategic solutions to achieve her clients’ objectives through skillful advocacy and detailed analysis.

Prior to joining Osborn Maledon, Allie gained valuable insight to the bench through her clerkships at the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas for Judge John D. Love, and the Arizona Court of Appeals for Judges Kent E. Cattani and Peter B. Swann.

During her time at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Allie distinguished herself as the Executive Articles Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and served as a brief editor for the National Appellate Advocacy Competition. She further developed her legal acumen as a teaching assistant for constitutional law and torts.

Allie is a Co-Chair of the Judicial Intern Opportunity Program Committee of the American Bar Association.
