Overview

Andrew O’Keefe is an attorney in the firm’s corporate and business law group. Andrew prides himself in providing clients with cost-effective, practical legal advice. He works on the full life-cycle of real estate transactions, including the sale and lease of properties throughout Arizona. In addition, Andrew assists both sellers and buyers in the sale and purchase of businesses. With a background in finance and economics, Andrew approaches legal issues through a business lens. He works closely with clients to evaluate risks and structure transactions that align with both legal requirements and long-term commercial objectives.  

Before joining Osborn Maledon, Andrew served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Daniel P. Collins of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona. Andrew graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, Finance and Business Economics from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management. During his free, time Andrew enjoys watching the Phoenix Suns, playing golf, board and card games, and investing.
