Overview

Andrew O’Keefe is an attorney in the firm’s corporate and business law group, where he concentrates his practice on commercial real estate and corporate transactions. Andrew prides himself on delivering practical legal counsel that is grounded in business reality. Andrew advises clients across the full life cycle of commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, his work encompasses the acquisition and disposition of commercial assets, lease negotiation, entity formation, corporate governance, and financing. With a background in finance and economics, Andrew approaches each engagement through a business lens. He works closely with clients to evaluate risk and structure transactions that align with both legal requirements and long-term commercial objectives.

Prior to joining Osborn Maledon, Andrew served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Daniel P. Collins of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona. Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance and Business Economics, from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management. Outside the office, Andrew enjoys following the Phoenix Suns, playing golf, and learning new board and card games.
