Kristin Windtberg is a member of the firm’s litigation group. Her practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling, commercial litigation, and political law. Kristin regularly represents private, public, and tribal entities in state and federal court. She has represented clients on appeal before the Ninth Circuit and the Arizona Court of Appeals.
Kristin’s employment practice involves representing and counseling employers on a broad range of employment matters including those involving wage and hour issues, restrictive covenants, trade secret protection, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employee leave, workplace accommodations, wrongful termination, and drug testing. She assists her clients in drafting employment agreements, policies, proprietary rights agreements, and severance agreements. She is also experienced in conducting internal investigations for clients on employment-related matters.
Kristin also represents and counsels clients on a range of political law matters, including campaign finance compliance and enforcement, redistricting, and compliance with election and lobbying laws.
Before joining Osborn Maledon, she served as a judicial clerk for Justice W. Scott Bales of the Arizona Supreme Court. She graduated summa cum laude and Order of the Coif from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.
