Payslie Bowman is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. Before joining Osborn Maledon, she was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Vice Chief Justice Ann Timmer of the Arizona Supreme Court. Payslie graduated Order of the Coif from the University of California, Davis School of Law. Prior to her clerkship, she participated in the UC Davis Immigration Law Clinic where she focused on obtaining asylum and refugee status for children, was a judicial extern for the Honorable Troy L. Nunley of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and was a legal intern for the ACLU of California Center for Advocacy and Policy.
