Attorney Andrew B. Haynes Receives Prestigious ABA Award

Osborn Maledon attorney Andrew B. Haynes has recently been recognized by the American Bar Association (ABA) Business Bankruptcy Committee with the 20/20 Partners Rising Young Leaders Award.

The ABA Business Bankruptcy Committee offers educational programming and publications, and initiatives for the study of bankruptcy procedure, policy and reform. This prestigious award recognizes 20 early-career attorneys who show promise to be future leaders within the legal profession and for their excellence in bankruptcy practice, personal integrity, commitment to service and interpersonal skills. The ABA recognized Andrew and the other award recipients during the Business Law Section Spring Meeting held in April 2026.

Andrew is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation groups. His bankruptcy practice includes representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings and restructurings.
