July 7, 2025

Lynne C. Adams, leader of the firm’s education law practice, has been named one of the Most Influential Women in Arizona Business for 2025 by AZ Business Magazine.

For more than two decades, Adams has been a trusted advisor to Arizona’s public and private schools –  charter schools, school districts, colleges, and universities. Adams provides advice to her education clients on the numerous issues that they face, including regulatory compliance issues, constitutional rights, Open Meeting Law, public records, parent/student matters, Title IX, and everything else that schools have to navigate.

Adams has represented clients in high-profile matters, including filing amicus briefs before the Arizona Supreme Court and litigating cases involving DACA tuition policies. She is also a frequent speaker on education law topics.

Her many accolades include being named one of Arizona’s Top 100 Lawyers, Best Lawyers® “Education Lawyer of the Year,” Chambers USA recognition, and being named one of Southwest Super Lawyers’ “Top 25 Women in Arizona.”

When she isn’t working with her school clients, Adams enjoys reading fiction, playing games and putting together jigsaw puzzles, traveling to Spanish-speaking countries (in spite of the fact that she does not speak Spanish), and spending time with her still-spry parents, her husband, her daughter, and her daughter’s fiancé.
