Osborn Maledon announces new partner Travis Hunt

Osborn Maledon, P.A. announced that Travis Hunt, a commercial litigator who also advises on environmental and regulatory matters, has been named a partner of the firm.

Hunt represents a variety of clients, including national and international corporations, individuals, energy and utility companies, and Native American tribes. His work spans commercial litigation in state and federal court, environmental aspects of transactions, permitting issues, project development, appeals, and administrative matters. He is also active in national, state, and local environmental and regulatory attorney associations.

An Arizona native, Hunt returned to Phoenix after practicing in Texas at an international law firm, where he also litigated cases and advised on environmental and regulatory matters. He previously served as a law clerk to Judge G. Murray Snow, of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and to Judge Scott Matheson, Jr., of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Hunt graduated with highest honors from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Brigham Young University Law Review.
