Osborn Maledon, P.A. Announces New Partners John Bullock, BriAnne Illich-Meeds and Tristan Colyar

Osborn Maledon has announced three attorneys as new partners — John Bullock, BriAnne Illich-Meeds and Tristan Colyar.

John’s practice focuses on appeals, complex civil litigation, and government and regulatory matters. In state and federal court at both the trial and appellate level, John has worked on a wide range of matters involving elections, state and federal constitutional law, property law, statutory interpretation, contract law, and professional liability matters. In his government and regulatory law practice, he often represents governments and private parties in high-profile disputes.

BriAnne represents clients in complex civil litigation matters, particularly commercial and tort litigation. A significant portion of her practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice actions, especially those involving women’s health issues.

Tristan advises clients on business transactions and provides clients with outside general counsel services. He is an experienced deal lawyer in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and securities offerings. Tristan also represents clients in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, and in general corporate and commercial matters.
