Osborn Maledon, P.A. announces former Solicitor General joins firm

The Phoenix law firm of Osborn Maledon, P.A., announced today that Mary O’Grady, former Solicitor General for the state of Arizona, has joined the firm. O’Grady’s practice will specialize in appeals, civil litigation and public law.

As Solicitor General, O’Grady represented the state and public officials in a variety of high-profile cases in state and federal court, including employer sanctions, Clean Elections, Proposition 200 and elections laws. Her work included ten cases that the U.S. Supreme Court heard on the merits. She also has worked extensively in the area of tribal-state relations.
