Osborn Maledon, P.A. announces new associate

The Phoenix law firm of Osborn Maledon, P.A. has announced that Aaron Harmon, a Delaware corporate attorney, has joined the firm as an associate.

A graduate of Duke University School of Law, Harmon formerly was an associate with Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell in Wilmington, Del., where he worked on various aspects of corporate law, including fiduciary duties of boards of directors and corporate compliance. Before that, Harmon served as a law clerk to Chancellor William B. Chandler III, the chief judge of Delaware’s preeminent business court, The Delaware Court of Chancery. 

A native of Arizona, he graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor of science in accountancy and previously worked as a senior accountant for Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and an assurance associate for Deloitte, LLP in Phoenix.
