Osborn Maledon, P.A. announces new partners, associates

The Phoenix law firm of Osborn Maledon, P.A., has announced three new partners and two new associates.

The new partners are Mark Hummels, Danielle Janitch and Jason Romero.

The new associates are Robert Brooks, a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, and Shane Ham, a graduate of the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law.

Hummels’ practice focuses on appellate law, attorney ethics and discipline and litigation. Janitch practices in technology and intellectual property, software and corporate securities law and general counsel services. Romero specializes in bankruptcy/corporate restructuring and litigation.

The two new associates both clerked for governmental entities before joining Osborn Maledon. Brooks was a research assistant for his law school and also clerked for the criminal and national security divisions of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Arizona. Ham clerked for the criminal division of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and for Arizona Supreme Court Justice Andrew Hurwitz.
