Osborn Maledon Welcomes New Associates
Osborn Maledon is pleased to announce that Daniel Bowman, Esther G. Gold, Angel Lockhart, Rachel Romaniuk and Daniel L. Rosen have joined the firm as associates.
Daniel Bowman, a graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, previously clerked at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, and the Arizona Supreme Court. Daniel will be joining the litigation team.
Esther G. Gold, a graduate of Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, previously clerked at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. While in law school, she was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in legal method and writing, advanced legal research, writing for law practice, and medical malpractice.
Angel Lockhart, a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, previously clerked at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Arizona Supreme Court. While in law school, Angel received the Herbert L. Caplan Prize for Creative Legal Thinking and worked as a student attorney for the Federal Criminal Justice Clinic, advocating for systemic reform and representing clients charged with federal felonies. Angel’s practice focuses on criminal defense and civil litigation.
Rachel Romaniuk, a graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, previously clerked for both the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the Arizona Supreme Court. During law school, she was the student bar association president and was recognized as an outstanding advocate, earning trial and appellate advocacy awards.
Daniel L. Rosen, a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, joined the firm after completing clerkships at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Daniel’s practice will focus on litigation and appeals.
