Osborn Maledon Welcomes New Attorney

Osborn Maledon (“OM”) is pleased to announce that Alexander Harris, a corporate and business transaction lawyer, has joined the firm as an associate.

Harris previously was an associate at Eide Bailly and at KPMG, where he helped resolve complex tax considerations for business entities by performing large scale research and development tax credit studies. He is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law and was an honors undergraduate at Arizona State University.

While in law school, he worked as a legal intern for the California Department of Justice Attorney General, provided legal aid in the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Legal Center and interned for U.S. Senator John McCain. He is a volunteer for the Giant Onyx African American Scholar Program.
