Overview

Gideon litigates a range of complex civil disputes. These include commercial, real estate, mineral rights, constitutional, election, defamation, and personal injury matters. His clients include public companies, high-net-worth individuals, public officials, and government agencies. He also represents victims of financial exploitation, negligence, and wrongful convictions, and he keeps an active pro bono practice.

Gideon contributes at every stage of a case, from pre-litigation negotiations through discovery, motions, trial, and appeal. This experience lets him anticipate how a dispute may unfold, shape strategy early, and advocate for his clients at each turn. He also draws on AI and other tools to sharpen that work, an interest he developed in law school as a Center Scholar at ASU’s Center for Law, Science, and Innovation.

Before joining the firm, Gideon clerked for a federal judge and externed in the Arizona state trial and appellate courts. That work gave him a close view of how judges and juries reach their decisions. Outside the office, he runs a nonprofit that supports students in need in the Philippines and serves on the board of the Arizona Asian American Bar Association.
