Overview

Before joining Osborn Maledon, Molly served as a law clerk for Chief Justice Robert M. Brutinel of the Arizona Supreme Court where she worked on a variety of state law issues and gained an inside perspective of the state appellate process.

Molly was accepted to the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law as an O’Connor Honors Fellow and graduated with certificates in Trial Advocacy and Public Health Law and Policy.  She was inducted to the Order of the Barristers in recognition of her oral advocacy and brief writing.  During law school Molly was an Associate Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and served on the board of the Health Law Society.  She gained valuable litigation skills and experience in the Civil Litigation Clinic, representing clients as a Rule 39(c)(4) certified limited practice student.  She also served as a teaching assistant and a tutor, communicating complex topics in an easy-to-understand way.
