Molly S. Walker

Overview

Molly is an Arizona litigator who represents businesses, state agencies, and school districts in complex civil disputes. Her work includes commercial and product liability cases, education law, antitrust, fraud claims, constitutional and statutory issues, and data-breach response.

Molly has been part of the trial team in a multi-week trial and has experience in trial preparation, administrative hearings, motion practice, and appeals. The Best Lawyers® “Ones to Watch” list has recognized her for Commercial Litigation, 2026-2027. Molly is particularly skilled at using technology to manage large volumes of documents and data as part of witness preparation and trial strategy.

Before joining Osborn Maledon, Molly clerked for Chief Justice Robert M. Brutinel of the Arizona Supreme Court. She earned her law degree cum laude from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
