Overview
Rachel Romaniuk is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Before joining Osborn Maledon, Rachel was a judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the Arizona Supreme Court. As a judicial law clerk, she honed her legal research skills and drafted memoranda, orders, and opinions resolving complex legal issues.
Rachel graduated with her J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and was recognized as an outstanding advocate throughout law school, earning trial and appellate advocacy awards. During law school, she interned for the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division – Criminal Section, the Arizona Legislature, the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, and the Federal Public Defender’s Office, giving her broad practical knowledge across multiple areas of law.
Rachel earned her Industrial Engineering degree from Louisiana Tech University, providing her a unique perspective on technical aspects of cases. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, endurance sports including road running and road biking, and volunteering in the Phoenix community. She serves as a leader within multiple professional groups, including as the State Bar Young Lawyers Division President.
