A former in-house counsel for a leading health tech company, Shehan understands what it takes to scale a business in a highly regulated market. Shehan partners with executives to design tailored solutions, analyzing each client’s goals and building guardrails that guide company and product growth from inception to maturity.

Before joining Osborn Maledon, Shehan was a key member of a boutique corporate practice at a Scottsdale law firm serving local and national clients. Shehan combines an in-house perspective with traditional legal counsel to translate complex legal issues into practical strategies that business leaders can act on.
