Eric Fraser Named Law360 Rising Star 2020

Eric M. Fraser, an appellate attorney at Osborn Maledon P.A., is one of five appellate practice Rising Stars for 2020 in the U.S., named today by Law360. Three of the five selected have practices in Washington, D.C. firms, and the fifth is from Houston, Texas.

Fraser, 37, has handled high-visibility appeals involving constitutional rights or other major legal issues with a significant impact. Many have set precedent throughout the country, resulting in national consequences. He serves as an Appellate Lawyer Representative for the Ninth Circuit and is chair of the State Bar Appellate Practice Section. He also writes a monthly column for the State Bar publication, Arizona Attorney magazine, focusing on appellate highlights, and manages Osborn Maledon’s azapp.com, a blog on published civil appellate decisions from Arizona courts.
