Osborn Maledon announces three new associates

Osborn Maledon is pleased to announce that John BullockJoshua Messer, and Chardon Stuart have joined the firm. Bullock and Messer are in the firm’s commercial litigation group and Stuart is a corporate lawyer.

Bullock, a graduate of Harvard Law School, previously clerked for Judge Mary M. Schroeder of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and for Judge G. Murray Snow, U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. Prior, he was a legal fellow for the Environmental Defense Fund in Washington, D.C. He studied Environmental Sciences at the University of Arizona as an undergraduate.

Messer, a graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, previously clerked for Judge Dominic Lanza, U.S. District Court, District of Arizona; for Judge Diane Johnsen, of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division I; and for Judge Scott Bales, then Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court. As an undergraduate at the University of Wyoming, he studied Molecular Biology and Chemistry.

Stuart, a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, started his legal career an associate lawyer focusing on corporate and securities law at the international firm Mayer Brown in Chicago. There, he was a member of the firm’s fund formation & investment management and mergers & acquisitions groups. As an undergraduate at the University of Arizona, he studied Economics and Philosophy.
